Chakra breathing meditation for balance and harmony

1st chakra: Imagine a red sparkling ball of light above your head. Inhale this red light into the first area chakra and exhale the red light expanding it all over your body. Repeat 3 times.

2nd chakra: Imagine an orange sparkling ball of light above your head. Inhale this orange light into the second area chakra and exhale the orange light expanding it all over your body. Repeat 3 times.

3rd chakra: Imagine a yellow sparkling ball of light above your head. Inhale this yellow light into the third area chakra and exhale the yellow light expanding it all over your body. Repeat 3 times.

4th chakra: Imagine a green sparkling ball of light above your head. Inhale this green light into the fourth area chakra and exhale the green light expanding it all over your body. Repeat 3 times.

5th chakra: Imagine a blue sparkling ball of light above your head. Inhale this blue light into the fifth area chakra and exhale the blue light expanding it all over your body. Repeat 3 times.

6th chakra: Imagine an indigo sparkling ball of light above your head. Inhale this indigo light into the sixth area chakra and exhale the indigo light expanding it all over your body. Repeat 3 times.

7th chakra: Imagine a purple sparkling ball of light above your head. Inhale this purple light into the seventh area chakra and exhale the purple light expanding it all over your body. Repeat 3 times.

Spend some time to meditate on this peaceful state of mind and give thanks to your inner self.
